I looked into this the first day you posted about it. You are not on the ban list. You never were banned. I can not explain it. Unless someone else
used your computer and got your CD key banned under a different name? Send me a message with your CD key and I'll look, but again, I have no idea why
you can't log on. What does it say when you try to join the server?

Hi. I checked for your cd/keyhash, and Smedley verified that you are not banned. The next time you try to log onto our server, write down the reason
and post here:

and we can help you figure out how to get back in!..
