Ban Appeal

I would like to appeal my ban I received minuets ago.

After winning a round on pl_thundermountain as BLU, the critical effect bled over into the beginning of the next round. The only way I know to fix this is to either reconnect to the server or change teams. So I join spectator mode and switch back to BLU. A few seconds later I am 'kicked by console' and when I try to rejoin the message says I have 'been banned from the server.'

I did not mean to go against any of the rules and I sorry if I had broken any. No one mentioned anything to me before it happened. I was in no way trying to team stack. I know and understand the rules listed on the MotD after I join the server and I have been playing on it for a few months and is a wonderful I enjoy playing on. I don't know if I received a temporary or permanent ban but I don't want to be on record as not respecting the rules.

Thank you for your time.

Edit
It seems my ban has lifted. Thank you very much. I am curious if team rejoining is an offense. If it is, I won't do it again. However, is there a better way to remove the 'crit' effect when it carries over into the next round?

1. It was most likely a short temporary ban. Some admins do it when the server is full(ish) as to not deal with stackers or people automatically rejoining after being kicked.

2. Type "record imahomo" in console (sans quotes) and then "stop" in console. This will correct any graphic related bugs including krit effects, wrong team colors, invisible players, and more. Note that "imahomo" must be typed after record and not anything else, because then it just wont work. I swear.

If it's what I think, you got a 5 minute ban because it LOOKED like you went to spectate to try to join the winning team when red was losing. A semi-enforced no-no (some people just don't notice) and one of my personal pet peeves.

The reason why it was a short ban instead of just a kick was to try to prevent you from automatically rejoining and being placed on the team you were trying to get to anyhow. Also, if you were that guy, it happened just a few minutes BEFORE blue team won.
